Dad, Jamie Spears, went to an emergency court hearing yesterday and was granted temporary legal control over his daughter.What this means, specifically, is that Mr. Spears has authority to “prosecute any civil harassment restraining orders.” And according to court rep Allan Parachini, “There was a civil harassment restraining order issued against Sam Lutfi, but the specifics of that order are unknown.”
