Rumors have it that Whitney Port is dating Jay Lyon. Insiders say scenes for an upcoming pilot of "The City" were shot at the Meatpacking District eatery Nero Wednesday night.The central character of the show will be up-and-coming artist Jay Lyon, who was featured in an episode of The Hills with Whitney Port. When they worked together, they immediately hit it off and started dating,an insider says.
