Osama "Sam" Lutfi was Brtney Spear's friend in the past. Now Lutfi must stay away from Britney Spears. Britney's lawyer today told the media that Spears will not atttempt to extend the restraining order against Osama Sam Lutfi, but she does not want to have contact with him again.

Britney has made clear to everyone that she does not want to be further harassed or contacted in any way by Osama 'Sam' Lutfi, now or at anytime in the future,

Spears' attorney Samuel D. Ingham III said in a statement to The Associated Press.

So... Who is Osama Sam Lutfi?

Sam Lutfi was born August 16, 1974 in Los Angeles.

MSN lists Osama Sam Lutfi as producer for SFX: Life Behind Bars (2001) a 48 minute movie about dirt biking.

Lutfi has a Linkedin account. He claims he is an "Independent Media Production Professional."

Osama Sam Lutfi's claim to fame came in October 2007 when he went to the DMV with Britney to get her California driver’s license. Since then he has been known as Britney Spears' Friend, Sidekick, and sometimes Producer.

FOX Sources say he was introduced to her by her mother, Lynn. Later, Lynn accused him of being the cause of Britney's erratic behavior earlier this year. Lutfi has numerous tax liens and a couple of lawsuits brought against him, according to public documents. His real name is Osama Lutfi, according to FOX.

Well... good riddance, we say. Britney appears to be on the mend. She's behaving herself and working on her new music video and CD. Thanks to her parents' intervention she did not end up yet another tragic starlet.

Miley Cyrus' album sales mark the second-biggest sales week of the year for a female artist, following the 463,000 debut of Mariah Carey's "E=MC2."

Miley Cyrus tops the Billboard 200 with her second No. 1 album "Breakout", which sold 371,000 U.S. copies, according to Nielsen SoundScan. Cyrus' last album, the half soundtrack/half studio set "Hannah Montana 2/Meet Miley Cyrus" started at No. 1 last summer with 326,000.

The first "Hannah Montana" soundtrack, her first recording, also started at No. 1 in 2006, with first-week sales of 281,000. It went on to be the best seller of that year's fourth quarter.

Shia LaBeouf Booked For DUI | Indiana Jones Star

This morning at 3 a.m. Shia LaBeouf tried to make a left turn, while driving his pickup truck, and crashed into another vehicle. When the officers arrived on the scene the 22-year-old Transformers and Indiana Jones star was arrested and booked for a DUI.

After crashing into the other vehicle, Shia LaBeouf suffered injuries to his head, left hand, and knee. However, Los Angeles County Sheriff Sgt. Scott Wolf made this statement:

It was immediately apparent to officers responding to the scene that LaBeouf was intoxicated and he was subsequently placed under arrest.

Britney Spears | Kevin Federline | Custody Settlement Finalized

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline's Custody Agreement is finally finalized. K-Fed will get $20,000 a month in Child Support payments, up from his previous $15,000. And according to court documents, Spears is ordered to pay Federline's $250,000 legal fees.

The agreement didn't mention visitation rights, however on July 17, Spears agreed to give K-Fed sole legal and physical custody of their two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, while she would retain visitation rights.

Federline's attorney made this statement to Usmagazine.com:

The children are well adjusted. I only see them when they're with Kevin. They are vibrant, happy, well-adjusted kids. Kevin is delighted to have this ordeal over. He is greatly relieved and very happy this worked out.

Britney's attorney, Laura Wasser, told People magazine:

She's thrilled. To have more time with her kids has been her motivation to get well. In light of her outstanding conservatorship, she couldn't have asked for anything more.

Christian Bale Wants Privacy While Out On Bail

While Christian Bale is out on bail he has requested privacy. Bale voluntarily entered the Police Station in London to endure 4 hours of questioning about the assault allegations made by his mother, Jenny, and his sister, Sharon. Bale denied the charges but the police made sure to get his fingerprints, DNA saliva sample, and a photograph before he left for the day. He must report back to the police station in September.

It sounds like a serious "domestic situation," but according to a source from the MailOnline website:

Christian was stressed, but the didn't lay a finger on anyone. Instead, he flew off the handle and cussed his mother. He just got very loud because his mother was saying some very outrageous things about him and his wife.

Christian Bale Arrested | Batman Star

KaPow, Batman! Christian Bale has been arrested in London after his mom and sister reported to the Police that he assaulted them in the hotel before the London premiere of "The Dark Knight" on Sunday.

Instead of "basking in glory" from the success of his new film smashing box office records this weekend, Christian Bale is in custody after his 61-year-old mother, Jenny, and 40-year-old sister, Sharon, filed police complaints Monday, alleging Bale attacked them at London's Dorchester hotel Sunday night.

A Scotland Yard spokesman says:

A 34-year-old man attended a London Police Station on Tuesday by appointment and was arrested in connection with an allegation of assault. He currently remains in custody.

At the premiere of The Dark Knight Monday, Bale focused on the film. On the red carpet, he told Us Weekly:

Try putting on a bat suit and not laughing at yourself, it's very tricky. The only way you can manage that is by creating this demonic, angry creature. You cease to become a man, you become a creature.

The Guardian reports that Bale turned himself in on Tuesday for questioning and has not yet been formally charged with anything. After being held for four hours he was released on bail. He is to return in September after further investigation.

The 90 million people watching the Super Bowl, many of them children, heard Justin Timberlake sing, "Gonna have you naked by the end of this song," as he reached for Jackson's bustier.

Baltimore Club Queen K Swift died. She was a Baltimore Club Music Icon and a music innovator. K Swift was affiliated with Radio One/92 Q and Unruly Records.

Popular female DJ K Swift was found dead this morning in a swimming pool accident in her hometown of Baltimore, Maryland. One report is that she suffered a fatal head injury at the bottom of her pool.

K Swift was just 27-years-old at the time of her death. She was born as Khia Edgerton in October, 1980. She started DJ’ing at the age of 11, due to the influence of her father and other pioneering DJ’s like Cocoa Channel and Jazzy Joyce.

RIP K-Swift. You were determined to succeed in a man's world and you accomplished just that.

Andy Dick Charged with Drug Use and Sexual Battery

At 2 a.m. this morning, Wednesday, July 16, Andy Dick was arrested. He was arrested in the parking lot near a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant after someone reported that a man was urinating in the parking lot and causing a disturbance.

The stand-up comedian and TV star, Andy Dick, was charged with suspicion of drug possession after police found marijuana and a xanax pill in Dick's pants pockets. Also, he was arrested for sexual battery in Southern California after he allegedly fondled the breasts of a 17-year-old girl.

Dick, best known for the TV sitcom "News Radio" was held on $5,000 bail. He has since been released. We'll find out more after he appears in court. This man needs help, pronto!!!

Angelina Jolie Gave Birth To Twins | Boy and Girl

Angelina Jolie gave birth to twins, a boy and a girl, on Sunday. The twins were delivered by Dr. Michel Sussman, in southern France. Dr. Sussman performed a cesarean section and said that Jolie, Pitt, and the babies are doing just fine.

The boy's name is Knox Leon (5.03 pounds). And the girl's name is Vivienne Marcheline (5 pounds). Brad Pitt was right there when the two new additions to their family arrived to greet the world.

The cesarean was moved forward from its originally planned date "for medical reasons" so the babies could be born "in the best condition." Dr. Sussman did not give details.~ap

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have four other children. Congratulations go out to the couple and their family.

Christie Brinkley and Peter Cook Reach A Settlement | Divorce Trial

Christie Brinkley and her former husband of 10 years, Peter Cook, reached a settlement Thursday in their bitter divorce trial.

At about 6 a.m. Thursday morning Cook settled for $2.1 million and visitation rights. Brinkley came out ahead with full custody and complete ownership of all 18 properties in the Hamptons, according to her attorney, Robert Cohen.

"I'm really glad today that we found some peace. It's a very bittersweet moment. It really is the death of the marriage," said Brinkley.

Cook was pleased with the terms of the settlement. He had this to say:

"I got everything I've been wanting for 2 years."

Ashley Dupre Drops Lawsuit Against Joe Francis

Ashley Alexandra Dupre, the "Spitzer Girl," has dropped her lawsuit against Joe Francis, the founder and CEO of Girls Gone Wild. After hearing the news, Joe Francis says he feels "vindicated."

Francis told TMZ:

The filing of the lawsuit was a serious lapse of judgment on her part. I never did understand how I could possibly damage the reputation of a hooker ... This isn't the first time I've faced false allegations against me. But the truth invariably comes out, as I knew it would in this case. I am happy to, once again, be completely vindicated.

Dupre's attorney issued a statement:

Ms. Dupre wants to eliminate all negativity from her life and focus on the positive. She has prospects for many exciting new projects and is looking forward to starting a new chapter.

Looks like Ms. Dupre will check out her other offers. Hustler magazine should still be on the table. Too bad she didn't take Joe Francis' million dollar offer to pose and promote for GGW before he found that old video footage. But... with her looks she can make that up really soon. Madonna Steals A-Rod From Cynthia Rodriquez

We see Madonna hasn't lost her touch. She keeps her man [Guy Ritchie, 39] in London, and keeps in touch with an old lover [Lenny Kravitz, 44] while picking up some fresh young meat [Alex Rodriquez aka A-Rod, 32] in New York City. Madonna is a busy Cougar. Of course, everybody denies everything. Oh... and we forgot to mention, while A-Rod is spending quality time with Madonna, late at night in her New York apartment, his wife, Cynthia has escaped to Paris to visit her friend Lenny Kravitz. All of this is so sensational until it doesn't quite ring true.

Madonna loves controversy/scandal and she hasn't had one to spring up in a while. She has an upcoming Concert Tour. Do you think ticket sales could be a little sluggish?

According to New York's Daily News, Cynthia Rodriquez believes Madonna has been using "mind control" over Alex Rodriquez (A-Rod) by introducing him to Kabbalah which convinced him to leave her.

According to the News Cynthia, 34, told a friend:

I don't recognize the man he's become. He was a sweet, beautiful, loving husband and father. Today, he's very cold and calculating.

And, Cynthia's father, John Scurtis says A-Rod has taken up the religion Kabbalah,

which isn't something we understand.

A source close to the couple told the News that Cynthia

found a letter where Alex told Madonna: "You are my true soul mate."

A-Rod suggested that Cynthia visit Lenny Kravitz to clear her head. Kravitz, 44, has denied an affair with Cynthia.

Friends close to Cynthia told the News that A-Rod, 32,

claimed their marriage was over.
